Shipping Policy

We take utmost care in how we package and ship all of our items. Original Paintings and custom-made artworks are shipped either through USPS, UPS or FEDEX depending on the size of the painting. All prints (paper-prints, canvas and metal) are drop-shipped directly from Printful services. Shipping is limited within USA and our customers are offered free shipping to any address within USA.

Return Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Not satisfied with your purchase.

- Your order is not a custom-made artwork or a sale item.

- All returns must be shipped back within 14 days.

- Product must be unused and in original condition.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first using this form: https://www.creativeartonomics.com/contact with a Subject “Returns Inquiry - Transaction number / Order number”.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs (both ways) with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are securely packaged (use the original packaging if possible) so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. If you are unsure how to securely repack your order, kindly contact us for assistance.

The return address shall be communicated to you based on the type of item (original/prints/custom-artwork) during the follow up discussions.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed one business day after your return is received. Refunds are rejected if we receive damaged/altered items. You will receive your refund via the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Kindly note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any refunds may take up to 30 days to process fully. 

Items Damaged in Transit

We take utmost care to ensure that the artwork reaches your home safely. However, if you receive your package damaged, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving it along with a photo of damaged goods and retain all of the original packing materials.

For originals, assessing if the artwork can be fixed would be the first step. If that is not a possibility and it is beyond fixing, we can initiate USPS insurance and you can decide to either receive a refund or a replacement.

For prints, a replacement for the damaged items shall be sent as soon as possible at no cost to you.

Custom Artwork and Sale items

For all custom artwork and artworks on sale/discounts, returns and refunds are not accepted unless they are damaged in transit.
