Acrylic painting technique and style
In my acrylic paintings, I use high-quality paints that dry quickly and allow for layering. I prime the surface of canvas or wood panels for smooth or textured effects, using a variety of brushes and tools for blending and washes. Mixed media elements, like texture pastes, add further dimension.
My style combines impressionism's expressive strokes and realism's meticulous detail, balancing loose and rendered brushwork. My aim is to capture the essence of the subject and emotionally engage viewers through art. This requires a balance of technique and experimentation, pushing the medium's boundaries for unique and timeless works.
